Muscular force:It is a type of contact force where force is applied by touching it Due to these forces muscles in our body expand due to conatct.
ex:-In the following examples our muscles do work.
(i)When we push an object.
(ii)Lifting of bucket of water.
(iii)When we pull on object.

Contact and Action-at-a-Distance Forces:
Forces can be broadly categorized as contact forces (resulting from physical contact between objects, e.g., friction, tension) and action-at-a-distance forces (acting even without direct contact, e.g., gravitational and electromagnetic forces).
Friction:
Friction is a force that opposes the relative motion or tendency of such motion of two surfaces in contact.
It can be static (preventing motion) or kinetic (opposing the motion).
Tension:
Tension is the force transmitted through a string, rope, cable, or any flexible connector when it is pulled tight by forces acting from opposite ends.
Normal Force:
The normal force is the force exerted by a surface that is perpendicular to the surface. For example, the normal force exerted by a table on an object placed on it counteracts the force of gravity.
Applied Force:
Applied force is the force exerted on an object by a person or another object.
Net Force:
The net force acting on an object is the vector sum of all the individual forces acting on it. It determines the object's acceleration according to Newton's Second Law.
Spring Force:
Spring force is the force exerted by a compressed or stretched spring. It is directly proportional to the displacement from the equilibrium position.
Centripetal Force:
Centripetal force is the force that keeps an object moving in a circular path. It is directed toward the center of the circle.
Buoyant Force:
Buoyant force is the upward force exerted by a fluid (liquid or gas) on an object placed in it. It opposes the force of gravity and is responsible for the buoyancy of objects in fluids.
Action and Reaction Forces:
According to Newton's Third Law, for every action force, there is an equal and opposite reaction force. These forces always occur in pairs.
