Teacher

School is where we learn things. Our teachers teach us how to read and write. They teach us to be honest, to tell the truth, to be on time, and to be brave. They teach us how to paint, sing, dance, and play. The teachers help the kids learn how to live in a healthy and good way. They teach us how to be good people.  Teachers might use a lesson plan to help students learn, which gives them a course of study, or “curriculum.” We care about and love our teachers

We should thank them because they help us become good people who care about our country. In our school, we honour teachers on May 5.  The President of India, Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, was a great teacher. The 5th of September, which is his birthday, is known as Teacher’s Day all over India.

Doctor

Our health is taken care of by the doctor. When we get sick, he takes care of us. After a checkup, he gives us medicine. He gives us shots sometimes to protect us from diseases like typhoid, polio, tuberculosis, measles, smallpox, and many others. When we get hurt, he takes care of it and puts a bandage on it.

The places where doctors work are hospitals and clinics. There are many private clinics run by doctors. A nurse helps a doctor take care of people who are sick. Some doctors take care of animals and birds. “Veterinarians” is what we call them. There are different kinds of birds and hospital animals. Dispensaries and primary health centres can be found in big villages. But small villages do not have dispensaries. There, the government sends mobile drug stores. A van with a doctor, a nurse, and medicines is a mobile dispensary. Village people are also sometimes given the chance to go to medical camps

Postman

The postman is an important person. He goes to the postbox to get the post and then takes it to the post office. Some post carriers pick up letters from the old office and take them to their destinations. He also brings packages, money orders, and telegrams. When delivering post in a village, a postman has to walk a long way. A postman has to work very hard. He really is a great friend to everyone.

The police keep people safe and help keep the law and order. The police catch thieves and bad people. They keep the crowd from getting out of hand. They help people find children who live in other places. They walk the streets to make sure that thieves and criminals don’t hurt anyone. A police officer is in charge of the traffic on busy roads in big cities. “Traffic police” is the name for these kinds of police. They make it easier for people to get around

Accidents can be avoided if we pay attention to what the police tell us to do. Most places have a police station or a police post. We can tell the police what’s going on.

In a salon, a barber is the person who cuts our hair. We should take care of our hair if we want to look smart. There are many salons for both men and women in most cities today. A salon that serves both men and women is called a “trendy salon.” In this field, there are also a lot of well-known hairdressers. One of the best examples is Javed Habeebis

Civil Engineer

A civil engineer is someone who builds different kinds of buildings, like homes and places of business. He also builds overpasses.  There are a lot of real estate companies where civil engineers work and get paid very well.

Industries

One way to describe an industry is as a place where raw materials are turned into finished goods. A lot of people work in different industries. A business can be small or large.
